The Residence am Weinberg Ladurnerhof and the Runggaldier family welcome you in the sunny city of Merano with modern apartments. They are located in a beautiful Art Nouveau villa, which was built by the family in 1909 and recently lovingly restored.

Located in the middle of the Sarn Valley at 1021 meters, we are in an interesting geographical point, being the crossroads for Val di Pennes and Valdurna with its lake and nearby ski lifts and the ski area of ​​San Martino (also open during the summer).
