The apartments are available with ample south balcony or optional with terrace. 
You’ re living only 5 minutes from the centre of town in a quiet and sunny position, away from stress and hecticness.
Our houses are the ideal starting point for all footpathes, the famous „Waalweg“, the cableway “Unterstell“, the Merano “Höhenweg”, all children’s playgrounds, shops and also the Naturno „Erlebnisbad“ they you can reach quickly and comfortable without car.

All prices are all-inclusive-prices, they contain:

• The bed- and tableclothes (no towels or kitchen-sheets), car-parking place, tourist-card
• Free entry to the public indoor- and open air-swimmingpool of Naturno (10 minutes walking distance)
• Dogs: welcome, but they have no access to the garden, thanks for your understanding.
• Our electric current is furnished by 100% of guaranteed green energy generated of South Tyrolian hydroelectric power.

Final cleaning

• Type A / C: 29,00 €
• Type B: 39,00 €
• final cleaning with animal +10,00 €

South Tyrolian local tax: 0,70 €.- p.p./night, children under 14 years are exempt from levy

Cancellation fee

For instance of cancellation or untimely start we use the Austrian gastronomy cancellation conditions (AGBH 2006)

• 3 months before the agreed date of arrival: no cancellation fee
• 1 month before the date of arrival: 40% of the total agreed price
• 2 weeks before the date of arrival: 70% of the total agreed price
• within the last 2 weeks preceding the date of arrival or no check in: 90% of the total agreed price
