There is a 10,00 Euros refund for  unconsumed meals as long as notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.   We charge a Security Deposit of 100,00 Euros, to be paid at least 10 days prior to arrival. For cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival, the Security Deposit will be refunded in full. For cancellations less than 30 days the Deposit can be used to rebook a holiday with a minimum of 5 days stay in the current season or the following one. In conformity with laws 1385 - 1386 of the Italian Constitution, the Security Deposit is solely intended as a guarantee of the agreement and not as a partial payment for the requested service. The Security Deposit therefore entails the complete acceptance of the booking and cancellation conditions and will be refunded upon full payment of all the agreed services and length of stay. The booking is an agreement between the hotel, which is responsible for keeping the rooms available for the days agreed, and the client, who agrees to respect the days and services requested when booking, paying for any cancellations or changes to the length of stay.
