There is something to discover in every season: in spring watch nature wake from its slumbers with flowering meadows and the last traces of the hard winter…
Whilst in summer the air is filled with the scent of fresh hay, farmers all around the valley are tending their fields as you relax in the sun and round off the perfect day with a long stroll through the evening countryside…
In autumn it’s not only mushroom gatherers who are guarenteed to feel at home – at one of South Tyrol’s famous “Törggele” evenings you’ll find things just to your taste. Fine wines and freshly roasted “Keschtn” (as chestnuts known locally) on the terrace infront of the house – what more can you want?
How about a snowshoe hike or ski tour starting right from home into the breathtaking winter landscape? For those who prefer to stick to the pistes there’s also plenty of choice. The Klausberg ski area can be reached on skis in just 5 minutes. However you choose to spend your winter days in the Valle Aurina / Ahrntal – a fresh breeze in the nose and the feeling of endless freedom will find you no matter what…
