The above prices are for 2 people in type "A" and "B" and for 4 people in type "C". Alladditional persons are calculated at the following prices:

High Season (H):
Adults: € 19,00 per day
Children under 6: € 11,00 per day
Children under 2 stay free. 

All other periods:
Adults: € 16,00 per day
Children under 6: € 7,00 per day
Children under 2 stay free. 

Only for guests of our Residence:
Use of swimming pool from 19.12.2015 to 23.06.2016.

Rates do not include: visitor's tax* starting from the 1st January 2014 of 0,70 € per person over 14 years of age (children unden 14 are free) per day to be paid at the residence and all services not mentioned in the paragraph "rates include".
*mandatory tourist tax as required by law (legge provinciale del 15/05/2012, nr. 9).

Gratis WiFi in the reception area.

Extras: sauna, telephone.

Final cleaning: € 35,00 

Bed linen and towels:
€ 24,00 per person and change.
(can also be brought from home)

Arrivals and departures:
everu day except for Sunday.

Time of arrival after 2 pm
Time of departure - by 9 am

Advance payment: 1/3 of total bill (non refundable). The rest to be set on arrival.

Deposit: a refundable deposit of € 100,00 must be paid on arrival. It will be returned after control of the apartment by deparure.

*Short stays: For stays of less than 7 nights high season prices will be charged. 

Small pets accepted € 7,00 per day (no food).
