The natural alpine region is criss-crossed by a 350-kilometre hiking path system; it offers 33 different mountain bike trails and a running park. In the winter, 60 perfectly groomed ski slopes, double-tracked cross-country ski trails and toboggan runs await you.

The house is situated in the centre of the village at the foot of the mighty Sciliar. The 2,563-meter mountain is a symbol of South Tyrol; since 2009 it is – together with the other alpine peaks of the Dolomites – a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
