Animals:

Important Information:
Arrival / Departure Check-in can be run from 12:00 am and will be immediately accessible to the spa, morning arrivals to be agreed with the hotel.
The rooms are delivered by 14:00 and we kindly ask you to release them for 10.00 on the day of departure.
If you want to leave your room in the afternoon based on availability will be charged € 20.00 for the room and € 30.00 for the suite (prices per room).

Cancellation To confirm your reservation we require the advance payment of a deposit of 30% of the stay. For the cancellation up to the 30th day of arrival will be refunded the deposit. For cancellation between the 30th and the 'eighth day of arrival we will keep the deposit. In case of cancellation between the seventh and the day of arrival (or even NO show) you will be charged 70% of the price. In case of late arrival and early departure charged the full price of the stay.
