In the heart of Dolomites, Residence Rododendro, in typical alpine style, offers modern and spacious apartments, all equipped with kitchen, full shower bathrooms.

CHECK IN: Saturday after 17:00, until 21:00.

CHECK OUT: until 10:00 the latest.

Included services: light, water and heating.

Other hotel services: front desk (with previously settled hours), bar, pizza-restaurant, resting room with fireplace (at the restaurant), parking.

Pets – Not permitted.

Description of the apartments:

Bilo 2, 3 and 4 – matrimonial bed bedroom, sofa bed for two people in the living room;

All Trilo5 and Trilo6 apartments have balconies.

Trilo5/Trilo 6 - matrimonial bed bedroom, small bedroom with bunk bed, sofa bed for one or two people in the living room, (both Trilo 5 and Trilo 6 have a small bedroom, with no windows);

Trilo 6 Superior - matrimonial bed bedroom, small bedroom with window or balcony and matrimonial bed, sofa bed for two people in the living room;

Trilo 8 – two bedrooms (one with no windows), attic with 2 or 3 beds and a second bathroom without shower, sofa bed for two people in the living room, no balcony;

Trilo 10 – three bedrooms (2x2 people, 1x4 people), two complete bathrooms with shower, sofa bed for two people in the living room, no balcony.

At arrival, besides the accommodation price, it is compulsory to pay:

-          final cleaning 35euros/Bilo 4, 40euro/Trilo 5 and 6, 45euros/Trilo 8 and 50euros for Quadrilo 10; (the client has the obligation to hand in a clean kitchen. If not, they have to pay 50 euros);

-          bed and bath-linen and towels, 9 euros/person/week, (or at any time upon request, on payment);

-          Club Card 25 euros/person/week (excluding children under 6 years old)for sauna, swimming pool, fitness, entertainment, ping-pong, mountain bike (if these services are in operation);

-          Guarantee 100 euros/apartament. It will be refunded at the end of the holiday, if no damage is caused.

-           Credit Cards – The main credit cards are accepted, with transactions through POS.

 IMPORTANT – In the residence formula, consumables for bathroom and kitchen are not included, but in the care of the client.

                     The place in the indoor garage is limited and costs 37 euros a week.

                     Also, billiards, video games and table football tokens are not included, but for pay.

 It is compulsory to use the bathroom helmet at the swimming pool. Clients can bring their personal robes and towels at the swimming pool and sauna.

The restaurant offers promotional packages:  6 meals voucher 80 euros;

                                                                    Dinner plus breakfast 110 euros/person/week;

                                                                    For both offers drinks are not included.

Discounts for long periods: 10% for a 2-week holiday

                                        25% for the third week

Reserve first:  30 days first, discount 10%;

                      60 days first, discount 20%;
