No free pass will be issued without proof of identity, nor after the release of an adult pass.

OUR SERVICES

The “half board” treatment, means the service of accommodation, breakfast, lunch or dinner; drinks and additional services or by payment, are not included.

• The room is available after 14.00 on day of arrival and must be vacated by 09.30 am on departure day.
• The payment of accommodation and extras will be made at the end of their stay and can be made by cash, check or credit / debit cards.
• The wellness center is included throughout the stay for 3 times weekly, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The access in other days, is possible by paying a fee of € 10.00 per person. The activation of the equipment is to be divided among usufructuaries (minimum 7 people)

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation fee:

you can cancel the reservation without charge until 30 days before date of arrival.

• Cancellations between 15 ° and 7 days before arrival will be charged 30% of the reservation
• Between the 6th and 3rd day before arrival 60% of the reservation.
• All cancellations or changes made within 48 hours prior to arrival or during your stay will be charged 100% of the reservation.

The charge will be made on the same credit card left by the client as a guarantee of the reservation or on the final balance.
