General terms and conditions

• The prices include all expenses for a minimum stay of one week and a maximum occupancy of five people for apartment No.1 and 2, three for No.3 and 4. Not included is the local tax in the amount of € 0,70/person/day for adults over 14 years.
• Check in from 15.30 onwards.
• Check out until 9.00 a.m. on departure day.
• Reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit.
• For late arrivals, early departures or other changes to the reservation, entire payment will still be required.
• Final Payment in cash or cheque upon arrival.
